At Spark, we view learning and evaluation as part of our toolbox for finding solutions to complex problems. We know how to design research, collect and analyze data to generate highly-actionable results, and answer stakeholder questions in a way that leads to meaningful change. Spark has the tools, resources, skills and organizational structures needed to sustain the highest-quality evaluation and learning, including using learning to adapt our evaluation strategies to ensure our evaluations are responsive to changing environments.
