Our focus is on working closely with our clients every step of the way. We believe learning is an ongoing process and have worked with foundations, nonprofits, government agencies, community groups, task forces, consultants, and private sector partners to build their capacity to achieve their intended outcomes and advance meaningful change. To reach this goal, we use a combination of training, coaching, technical assistance, hands-on tools, and facilitation to build our partners’ skills and competencies. Spark provides capacity-building services across many areas, for example:
- Community, consumer, and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic learning and adaptive planning, including how to use data-driven learning in your organization while developing a learning culture;
- Developmental and other types of evaluation, including how to use the results to influence meaningful change; and
- Fiscal coordination and analysis.
