- Researcher, director-level. Applicants should have 12+ years of experience designing and implementing research, evaluation, or data-driven strategy development. This position will provide oversight and leadership to evaluation, strategy, and research projects at Spark, as well as support new work development and staff supervision. - Researcher, mid- to senior-level. Applicants should have five to ten years of experience for the mid-level position, and at least eight years of experience for the senior-level position, designing and implementing research and evaluation outside of a graduate degree program. The position(s) will provide leadership and support to evaluation projects at Spark. The senior-level position will also include new work development, marketing, and oversight. - Marketing & Communications Manager. Applicants should have over five years professional experience with at least three years of experience in marketing and communications and hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Spark offers a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience and a full benefit package including health, dental, life, and disability insurance; retirement plan; paid time off, holidays and maternity/paternity leave; wellness programs; and a flexible work schedule. Spark team members can occasionally work from home and some travel is required, but the majority of time is expected to be in the Denver office.
